Jamboree 2007! It was such a hot day the jamboree participants from all over the world were so lucky with the weather in Essex last summer. I met so many people from so many countries. I had helped with the meeting and greeting at Heathrow Airport the previous week. Can you believe that the tented village of the Jamboree in the centenary year of Scouting became the second largest town in Essex for 2 weeks!
